when trying to go for beta2 via zypper dup following happens:

Don't know of this is a bug, by design, not possible to handle differently or worthy of bugreporting and or fixing.

Hi, thanks for filing this bug report.

Technically speaking I think beta to beta upgrades aren't "supported" in that they're not 100% problem free.

Given that 42.2 is now at end of life this bug isn't really relevant any more. Regardless, it'd be great if you could continue testing out new versions of openSUSE. Please file a new bug if you continue to find new problems. Thank you!
