I just installed openSUSE Leap 42.2 beta2. 
After once clicking to open some configuration dialog (e.g. via right click in desktop to change wallpaper, via right-click in systray to change sound configuration) - two identical dialogs appears.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Strange - I can not reproduce after re-login.
But can reproduce after creating new user in his first login.

I can reproduce it here on a single monitor system too though, but only on first login on a fresh account.

Fixed upstream, will be part of 5.8.0 and not backported to the beta for now.
