Portuguese and Chinese libreoffice language packages (libreoffice-l10n-*) use different language codes than usual (pt_BR vs pt-BR, zh-Hant and zh-Hans vs zh_TW resp zh_CN) so the automatic selection of those packages doesn't work and they are not included in the DVD.

E.g. libreoffice-l10n-zh-Hant.rpm needs to provide locale(libreoffice:zh_TW) instead of (or in addition to) locale(libreoffice:zh-Hant).

Change added to factory develproject and will populate starting with 5.2 update to be released in couple of weeks.
