Hm, weird -- https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Leap:42.2/seamonkey shows this package as disabled. However, checking on a Leap 42.2 installation, "zypper se" finds "seamonkey" and the package is available from http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/42.2/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/seamonkey-2.40-7.1.x86_64.rpm Ludwig, any ideas for what causes this discrepancy and what we should do in the release notes? it was broken almost the whole development process and already dropped. It got reintroduced and fixed very late. Please remove the line that says it doesn't work. Thanks+done. Setting to fixed. openSUSE-RU-2016:3235-1: An update that has 7 recommended fixes can now be installed.
