In current Tumbleweed, MozillaFirefox and MozillaThunderbird fails to build with sed 4.3[1], it looks like the configure script can not detect the correct icu version properly. [2]

There are two more Mozilla codebases failing in Tumbleweed with sed 4.3:

* mozjs38
* seamonkey

both fail with
