Description Forgotten User Teppyq0Xfn 2017-06-01 19:29:51 UTC
I have been trying to install openSUSE Tumbelweed on a virtualbox and during the install kernel-default package (and few others fail). I have tried multiple host operatings systems and using default Virtualbox settings. I have tried 05/24 ISO and the 05/29 ISO and they both fail.

Did you give the VM sufficient RAM (say, 1 GB)?

If you did, we'll need some logs to look into this.

You can switch to a text console (usually Right_Ctr-F2 in vbox), run
'save_y2logs' and attach the log file archive this produces.

Or, follow the instructions at:
https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Report_a_YaST_bug#I_reported_a_YaST2_bug.2C_and_now_I_am_asked_to_.22attach_y2logs.22_.28for_package_installation_also_.22libzypp_logging.22.29._What_does_that_mean.2C_and_how_do_I_do_that.3F

I'm sorry, but we need more information to look into this.

Please feel free to reopen thus bug if you have the logs asked for in comment 1.
