The 9.11 development branch of bind does support building with openssl 1.1.0.

We're working on a cleanup of the bind Factory package and an update to 9.11.2.

Marcus added openssl 1.1 compatibility patch some time ago.
Moreover, a version update to 9.11.2 was recently submitted to Factory.
