This forum post suggest that NM may fail to merge multiple responses from DHCP server: https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/525732-No-DNS-resolving-after-update?p=2828500#post2828500 Confirmed. If I put all options in /etc/dhclient.conf after "request" on one line, it works.
