I'm having the same issue. I have the same APU. Though the above list of packages installed lacks the actual kernel package, both the microcode and kernel packages have been installed. Should be clear from the context, just to make sure. Could you check whether booting with nopti option makes thing working? Positive. When using "nopti" kernel option, the Steam client works with Kernel 4.14.11. Could you check with 4.14.12 from Kernel:stable? . *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1074869 *** |
