It solves https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1064867 

It is working plugin but OBS complains on:

and remove created RPM's

This bug was not ever handled by the sec team to whitelist the dbus service

nevertheless, parallel tasks lead to the same thing and NM-fortisslvpn is available in Tumbleweed
