Update waits in X11:LXQt since a while already. Creating this bug to keep track of what needs to be done.

bsc#1092192 already is marked as solved. Once https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/616621 with the change to polkit-default-privs is in Factory we can submit liblxqt (or go into the same staging as it).

Additionally it would be nice to have bsc#1097842 solved too, so that we only need to submit the pattern-lxqt one time.
