it seems Leap 15 ships without aspell-de
is this not longer the default spellchecker for KDE apps like kwrite/kate?

Aspell is not default anywhere, we prefer and provide only hunspell spellchecking everywhere.

But still it is provided and here it seems like bug in OBS so lets just keep one bug only for the issue.
