I first needed to enable tests:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:marxin:branches:GNOME:Factory/liblouis

then with:
osc build  --alternative-project=openSUSE:Factory:Staging:Gcc7

I see a lot of errors. I'm going to report that upstream:

It's fixed upstream, so cherry pick will be needed.
