As the python bindings package doesn't appear to be needed I'm going to disable it for now. I'll re enable it when it's fixed upstream or fix it when python 3.8 is released.

Can you link the staging package to multimedia:libs/lilv to give me a chance to test my changes?

The updated lilv is in multimedia:libs, it requires the updated lv2 package, which I've changed to python3.

To speed up the bug fix time multimedia:apps lilv needs to build against python 3.8 in openSUSE:Factory:Staging:A, it also requires lv2

I've branched python 3.8 and lilv builds, for Tumbleweed and Factory so I've submitted it sr#754676 but I really don't understand FTBFS.
