During installation, if the boot cmd line contains proxy=<URL> or the F4 option was used, somewhere around the network settings or last install screen, offer to retain/modify/disregard these settings for post-installation configuration. Otherwise, the user may need to reconfigure a web-proxy again for accessing external repositories.
