After upgrading to 27.1, my configuration did not work anymore and I could not load many packages eg. org mode. Additionally, there was console output with messages of every package being loaded.

Googling I arrived to:

which described my problem exactly.

Once I called emacs-gtk directly, or emacs-gtk -nw for console, everything works ok.

Sounds like a duplicate of bug #1175487

Could you try the *latest* emacs 27.1 from repository editors.  You have to
refresh emacs, emacs-x11, and maybe emacs-nox with emacs-info.  Don't to forget to restart any emacs server daemon before testing

I have tested the editors package.

Just started emacs and opened my org files. It seems to work correctly.

With the broken package, org mode did not load correctly, unless I used emacs-gtk.

OK, that looks like the emacs from editors repository fix the problem.

That are the original emacs packages from Tumbleweed I guess
