zypper-1.14.38-1.1

When pressing TAB for autocomplete on zypper subcommands like ref, in or dup, the following is automatically added:

zypper-appstream-cache: nothing appropriate.

This happens only the first time in a console session, the following attempts in the same session, autocomplete works as expected.

It also happens without subcommands when pressing TAB twice.
I thinks this happens since upgrading to zypper-1.14.38-1.1

Fixed in zypper 1.14.39

Autocomplete calls 'zypper help' which checks the man page of external subcommands  like zypper-appstream-cache. As there is none, `whatis zypper-appstream-cache` accidentally writes a message to stderr. Not nice, but nothing bad should happen.
