With current libvulkan1-1.2.153-1.1 apps lauched directly (including regular Wine with DXVK) can use Vulkan just fine. But apps launched from Steam - native ported games and Proton with DXVK can't initialize Vulkan. DXVK emits this: "err:vulkan:wine_vkCreateInstance Failed to create instance". Downgrading to libvulkan1-1.2.151-1.1 from Tumbleweed snapshot 20200917 fixes everything. Fix was released 2 months ago so I think we are good to close? newer version in TW |
