Description Martijn Klerks 2021-02-20 18:55:32 UTC
Steps to reproduce:
1. install openSUSE tumbleweed with btrfs
2. leave everything default with KDE Plasma as the DE of choice
3. go to touchpad settings, select inverted scrolling
4. hit apply.

Results:
On a fresh install of openSUSE i tried to invert the mouse scrolling.
But it seems KDE was unable to save the settings and the save/apply button remained blue.

Expected result:
The expected result is for the settings to apply and be saved.
This however does not seem to be the case.

Temporary workaround:
A temporary fix was to switch to "Touchpad edges" + "Invert scroll direction" and then hit apply.
This causes the settings to save.
After this you can switch back to "Two fingers"

Hardware:
This was tested on a HP Envy x360.
Kernel 5.10.16-1-default
KDE Plasma 5.21.0
KWIN WM
