On a fresh installation of 15.3 beta into a new partition, I disabled
the firewall and enabled SSH (as I usually do), but had to disable the firewall
in YaST2 locally before I could SSH into the system.

I can reproduce the problem locally with the latest 15.3 build (117.13).

This bug probably should be fixed in next release by this PR https://github.com/yast/skelcd-control-openSUSE/commit/9ff09708fc21349ccb41cb0008d59a195ebc6568


Basically the firewall proposal settings were moved to another module and the control file needed to be adapted.
