With snapshot 20210422 rubygem-marcel was updated from 0.3.3 to version 1.0.1 but current rubygem-activestorage-6.0 (6.0.3.4) needs marcel ~> 0.3.1, so it became uninstallable.

activestorage 6.0.3.6 depends on marcel 1.0, so it'd be nice to update rails/active* to this version.
