When trying to build openSUSE Tumbleweed chroots and images, I encounter the following error:

Error: 
 Problem: cannot install the best update candidate for package openssl-1.1.1k-2.1.noarch
  - problem with installed package openssl-1.1.1k-2.1.noarch
  - package openssl-1.1.1k-2.1.noarch requires openssl-1_1 = 1.1.1k, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package openssl-1_1-1.1.1k-2.12.x86_64
  - package openssl-1_1-1.1.1k-2.12.x86_64 conflicts with ssl provided by openssl-3-3.0.0~alpha9-1.2.x86_64
  - package openssl-3-3.0.0~alpha9-1.2.x86_64 conflicts with ssl provided by openssl-1_1-1.1.1k-2.12.x86_64
  - package openssl-3-3.0.0~alpha9-1.2.x86_64 obsoletes openssl-1_1 provided by openssl-1_1-1.1.1k-2.12.x86_64
  - package openssl-1_1-1.1.1k-2.12.i586 is filtered out by exclude filtering

This is also impacting people doing openSUSE Tumbleweed package builds using Mock[1] or Fedora COPR[2].

pedro filed a droprequest for openssl-3 again, it should not have been added to factory yet
