I registered for the forum (forums.opensuse.org), but I was unable to actually login. I got no error message. It would simply go back to the previous page. I have tried several times with different browsers and also I have reset my password and confirmed my registration.

You had a un-migrated account from 2011 (user jadigo) withg the same email. I have invalidated this one now.

Can you clear any Novell, SUSE and openSUSE cookies from your
browser and try again.
