Steps to reproduce:
* During installation, in Installation Settings page, click on Device Settings.

I would expect that this would redirect to yast cio, however it only refreshes the Installation Settings page.

So this bug entry is a duplicate to https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1193810 which is a won't fix.
