If 'gnome-screensaver-command' is not a typo you can use command-not-found to lookup the package that contains it, like this:
    cnf gnome-screensaver-command

need to logon to root loginscreen did not works did not works for long time i before get look like keyboard on login screen and missig files on KDE\Gnome login so other say use Leap instead but why did you have tumbleweed if is so poor?

This report does not make sense to me at all. Could you work the forum to come to a short description that is understandable?

This is an obvious case of incompatible repos. TW is using Plasma 5.24.x. Leap is using 5.18.x.
