Jiri, can you take care about that? I guess, this is _the_ place...
Packages.ycp:
WFM::Execute(.local.bash, sformat("cp -r %1/* %2/", slidedir, our_slidedir));
Slides contain:
setup/slide/
setup/slide/directory.yast
setup/slide/pic/*
setup/slide/txt/$LANG/*
BTW: I could do that tomorrow, not today... jsrain: would you like to implement it yourself or should I take care of it :)? If I should do that, please, provide some comments if you have any :) ;) Yes, it does. It dose download it in the moment when the package manager is initialized. If it downloads it via Pkg::SourceProvideDir builtin. In the moment it is downloaded, installation proposal hasn't been accepted yet. This means, that the language can be changed in the future. Solution for this problem would IMHO be to - keep the current behavior for local sources (CD, DVD, disk) in order to avoid media changes) - download slideshow in inst_kickoff in other cases I will do it... Whats the size of the complete slideshow ? Its probably not worth to optimize here. Comment #3 gives the explanation of the current behaviour. I'm fine with closing it as wontfix. The size of images is ca. 220kB, size of all texts is ca. 430kB. Closing as WINTFIX now, will optimize it for future releases. Lets put in on LATER . mass reopening all SuSE Linux bugs that are set to REMIND+LATER to change the resolution to WONTFIX (adapting to new policy) mass reopening all SuSE Linux bugs that are set to REMIND+LATER to change the resolution to WONTFIX (adapting to new policy) mass reopening all SuSE Linux bugs that are set to REMIND+LATER to change the resolution to WONTFIX (adapting to new policy) Closing old LATER+REMIND bugs as WONTFIX - if you still plan to work on it, feel free to reopen and set to ASSIGNED. In case the report saw repeated reopen comments, it's due to bugzilla timing out on the huge request ;( |
