Description Henrik Juul Hansen 2006-04-29 14:53:15 UTC
I have just upgraded from 10.1RC2 to 10.1RC3 using 5 cdroms + 1 add-on cdrom.

At the point when selecting to install new system/upgrade and selecting add additional cdroms to install. When pressing next to this I think the user is missing information. A textbox whit some information (to remove cdrom CD1 and insert the add-on cdrom and press next).

After this the install program asks for: CD1, Add-on CD, CD1, Add-on CD, then reboots and continues. Is it needed to insert/remove the cdroms that many times at this point?

The release notes in Danish is a mixture of Danish and English.

Best regards,
HJH

This is most probably a duplicate of bug 168669 - please attach the y2logs there (bug 168669 also contains a description how to save them).

This is the reason why I reassign this bug to the "Translation" component. (However, the language mix is better than the solution in previous releases - they simply missed the untranslated sections in the Release Notes.)

Did I already mention that it is a very bad idea to report multiple issues in one bugreport? If not: please open one bugreport per bug ;-)

Yes, we must accept the language. That's how the process works right now. We will run another translation round the next weeks and additionally (for 10.2) I'll add a note explaining the possibility of the language mix.

Comment 4 Karl Eichwalder 2006-07-12 12:26:28 UTC
the translation warning feature is now in SVN.
Comment 5 Karl Eichwalder 2007-07-02 11:22:37 UTC
Fixed already for 10.2.
Comment 6 Karl Eichwalder 2007-07-02 11:23:17 UTC
set it to fixed...
