Description Sebastien ROHAUT 2006-05-16 20:50:58 UTC
go to KDE Control Center->Peripherals->Storage Medaia and try to edit properties of a notification, (for example open with digikam). It's not possible.

So, How a user can add this notification when inserting his cdrom with many pictures on it ?

So I tried to open Control Center as root, and yas root can edit theses properties. I added digikam with mounted cdrom from available medium type and OMG ! All notifications were removed (except Open in new Window and Do nothing) from all medium types !

So, big bugs here !

Dirk, Will where are these settings in KDE4?
Comment 7 Dirk Mueller 2008-07-04 13:49:44 UTC
media manager configuration has been removed from KDE 4.x, partly because of this bug (and the design has changed).
Comment 8 Lubos Lunak 2009-05-14 09:50:59 UTC
This no longer applies to KDE4 and we no longer fix non-critical KDE3 bugs, sorry.
