Description ferdinand gassauer 2006-05-21 21:30:55 UTC
hi!
Downloading kdelibs3-devel-doc (20.04 MB)
kdelibs3-devel-doc.rpm (302.43 MB) -- Additional Package Documentation

IMHO it should be mentioned what is ment
rpm file size and disk usage of the packages ( at least that's what I guess)

especially for estimating the needed download time the rpm-file size is relevant, but for installing the deflated size.

Looks like Soviet-style RPMs will not become standard, so let's see how to improve the UI.

Jiri, this is SlideShow.ycp

Would is be sufficient to change it to:

Downloading kdelibs3-devel-doc (downloading 20.04 MB )
kdelibs3-devel-doc.rpm (installed size 302.43 MB) -- Additional Package Documentation

? Or any better suggestion?
Comment 3 ferdinand gassauer 2006-07-21 08:13:37 UTC
Thanks this is fine.

BTW is there any checking of available disk space - prior to downloading?
Comment 4 Jiri Srain 2006-08-07 11:18:03 UTC
Disk space checking is done before installation starts.
