Description Scott Couston 2006-06-27 12:29:55 UTC
The response to the small help on NFS client concerning options "refer fstab man pages. Result is greater than 20odd different reference points non of which help.
Can you directly summarise options on NFS Client to 1 Help Page.

NFS Server Permissions help file states nobody is the default - this is NOT the case the defaults are ro,root_squash,sync.
The help file “Permissions for Exporting File Systems 22.1”
does not even explain the default “sync.”

This table should be part of the side help on NFS Server.

P.S Have NFS working just fine for me - don't know how other do it with available help?!

OK.
But what do you mean by “Permissions for Exporting File Systems 22.1”? Which file?
