i guess karl means that you can't go back to the first entry with cursor up? no, the opposite ;) From the 3rd entry you cannot move on to the 4th. I tried it several times with the same result. Then that's a Gnome problem. If it works on all other X desktops, why would it be a problem of the application? I can replicate this particular problem under GNOME on one machine. On another machine under both GNOME and KDE I get: Boot or Rescue PCI Device Drivers Power Management ie it skips LVM although interestingly hitting the up button goes back to LVM but won't go any further (ie not to Boot or Rescue floppy). I think its a general focus ordering problem not specific to any desktop. Sorry, i meant tab ordering problem, not focus ordering. rpm -q --all | grep qt3
qt3-3.3.5-58.3
qt3-devel-3.3.5-58
dbus-1-qt3-devel-0.60-33
dbus-1-qt3-0.60-33
I saw it on Karl's machine, but I can't reproduce it in my environment. It is also reproducable on Tanja's desktop (KDE). I admit it is a somehow minor issue. Reopening Will fix itself with the control center redesign. |
