The packages

gstreamer010-plugins-ugly
openh323

depend on libamrnb.so.1, but package amrnb is not provided in Factory.

Please provide package amrnb in Factory, if legally possible, or consider building the above packages without amrnb support.

It seems that we cannot provide amrnb. Removing AMR-NB support from the default build of mentioned packages.
