I had not this problem on 9.3 10.0 10.1
hal-device log
and dmesq log will follow.
Stick can by mounted normaly using mount /dev/sdb1 /media/....
label for sdb1 is "KLICEK"

I see BUG() output, can you try without the ati kernel driver?

I can`t.
Computer was my work computer, which run now SLES10 (on this computer, it work flawlessly).
Closing as wontfix
