PROBLEM STATEMENT
Nowdays disk space is cheap. We should release zmd/zypp with debug enabled, so we don't ask the user:

-Enable the debug
-Restart
-Try to reproduce the bug

because sometimes the user is not able to reproduce the bug, or doesn't want to waste time in the problem. 

With this enhancement, we can ask the customer: 

-Run:

rug --make-log-file mydebug.tgz 

and send to us the mydebug.tgz (via attachment to bugzilla). 

That way we are really sure we are getting all the info we need from the user.

I don't agree. It is too much crap that we log already as it is :)
