kdesu is not working. 

felix@vaio-gr214mp:~> kdesu -c bash
kdesu (kdelibs): ERROR: su has exited while waiting for pwd.

This bug has been there for at least a week or so, but I cannot find anything in bugzilla.

Therefore you cannot start yast from the kmenu for example
