Description Lukas Ocilka 2006-10-24 08:24:52 UTC
During the installation, rug, zmd and zen-updater packages can be deselected. Then, during the second stage, installation tries to synchronize YaST sources with ZMD service (which obviously hasn't been installed) and opens up an error message.

I suggest checking whether rug & zmd are installed or checking whether called binaries exist before it tries to synchronize sources. A nice milestone, or warning (at maximum) about it in log would be nice.

Thanks...

Fixed in SourceManager.ycp in yast2-packager-2.13.158, both in 10.2 and SP1.
