Description Martin Vidner 2006-10-25 12:39:58 UTC
I install Beta1 and want to add a Language Addon via the SLP dialog.
I select the SLP radio button, press Next and I get a pop-up with a list of 250 entries and a filtering textentry+buton pair.

I click the filtering textentry (minor bug: it should have the default focus), type Lang and press Enter. Instead of applying the filter, it thinks I want to confirm the whole dialog and pops up a message saying that I have not selected a catalog yet.

Suggested fix:
Put the initial focus on the filter textentry.
Initially, let the default button be Filter.
When Filter is pressed, apply it and focus the list, reassiging the default button to be Select.

Hmm, it may not be possible to change the default button. in that case, i would make "Select" to act like "Filter" if the last touched widget was the filter textentry.

Fixed in yast2-packager-2.14.2

"Filter" is now the default button, focus is on the text entry widget.

(The default button is not changed when "Filter" is press, IMO the default should not be changed, it could be confusing.)
