When running a qt4 program outside of a full KDE session qt choses an ugly motif style. The default/fallback style should be changed to something more modern.

well, it tries to integrate with the desktop it detects. which desktop are you running?

windowmaker. KDE apps don't are about that and look like KDE which is what I want of course.

much better than motif. upstream should really consider doing that as well
