Apparently this checkbox should be unchecked when zmd is not running. Instead, it is checked if zmd is installed but not running.  This will cause an attempted sync and timeouts. 

The correct behaviour should be to have the checkbox widget enabled but not checked.

If zmd is not installed at all, the widget is disabled, correctly.

OK. As the purpose of the checkbox is not to touch ZENworks if at all possible, I will check not using "rczmd status" but using "pgrep zmd".

We have dropped support for ZENworks in 10.3 and therefore this bug does not occur anymore in 10.3 - closing as WONTFIX for 10.2.
