yast2-xml installs /usr/lib/YaST2/plugin/libpy2ag_xml.la.

As many other YaST modules are not installing their .la files, you might want
to check whether this file is really needed, and remove it if it is not.

Done in yast2-xml-2.16.1.
I had some problem with removing an .la somewhere, related to installing outside the usual directories, but as this is a plugin and not a library to link against, it is safe here.
