yast2-perl-bindings installs /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i586-linux-thread-multi/auto/YaST/YCP/libYCP.la.

Other perl modules are not installing any .la files and working fine that way, so it might be unused. If the file is unused, you might want to consider removing it.

Done in yast2-perl-bindings-2.16.7 (similar to bug 223714).
