save_y2logs /tmp/y2logs.tgz
Started yast to install software
after crash has appeared, I have
made the "save_y2logs /tmp/y2logs.tgz"
sorry!: its an AMD Sempron 2800+ (64-Bit) The log contains this line: 2006-11-26 21:58:00 <0> suse102(4375) [media] Mount.cc(mount):98 stdout: mount: No medium found Do you have the medium in the DVD drive? Anyway, could you try the latest version (RC2)? Beta2 is quite old and many bugs have been fixed since Beta2 release... (and I think that the problem has been reported and fixed) (Thanks for the nice report, it provides all neded information :-)) I think that the bug has been fixed in the final version. If not then reopen. |
