As you see, rug shows me that zvbi is installed - but zypper does not.

This is a known bug that has been discovered too late for a fix to be included in 10.2. I'll fix it ASAP.

It's time to release an online update, we need a Swamp ID. This update will correct bug #223795, bug #226067, bug #223844, bug #224216, bug #224129, bug #224673.
