Installation sources that I configure with Yast do not show up in zmd.  Other services do show up.  I have the option to sync with zmd enabled.

Please provide YaST and zmd log files.

After looking at the logs, I tested this again.  I did eventually get it to work.  I think part of the problem was ignorance in how the syncing was suppoesed to happen.  Maybe the latest changes to zmd made a difference.  I will continue to test.  If I can reproduce it reliably, I will attach logs.  Leave this needinfo to me or mark it resolved.  I will reopen as necessary.
