Description Kern Sibbald 2006-12-05 13:04:16 UTC
During a new software install, using CDs, yast seems to get confused when I ask it to eject a CD. Typically, after selecting the packages I want to update/install yast will put up a dialog requesting a particular CD. If I click on Eject, it nicely ejects my CD. I then install the CD it wanted, and click OK, at which point it thrashes around with the CD for a few minutes (it seems like an eternity), and finally pops the same dialog back up. If I click OK a second time without doing anything to the CD, it accepts it and continues with the installation correctly.

Sorry, I did not receive notification of comment #1.

Given how long it has been since my last install, and the ease it is to duplicate the problem, I'll leave the bug closed. The problem persists, but it is minor and I know how to work around it.
