click on Zen-Updater: loading services forever (hangs)
right click on systray icon of Zen-Updater: refreshing services forever (hangs)
novell-zmd stop
 -> failed
novell-zmd restart
all of that does not help!!!
Only kill -9 on all Zen-services helps. 
Otherwise shutdown process stops because "novell-zmd stop" can not be executed
