I configured my "Pinnacle PCTV 300i DVB-T + PAL" with YaST. 
When choosing "Expert settings" on the view where one can set the manufacturer, YaST dies: 

bessel:/suse/tschmidt # yast2 tv
Segmentation fault at Tv.ycp:546
