Description Pieter Hollants 2007-01-11 20:24:07 UTC
Found on real hardware, confirmed within VMware:

1. Created a software RAID-1 spanning two hard disk partitions, eg. /dev/md0 spanning /dev/hda1 and /dev/hdb1
2. Chose textmode interface only/deselected AppArmor and Enterprise Management patterns
3. Bootloader installation remained untouched, so that:
   - "Boot from Root Partition" is enabled as the only Checkbox
   - "Write generic Boot Code to MBR" is enabled
   - "Set active Flag in Partition Table for Boot Partition" is enabled
4. Install
5. After reboot one gets "No operating system".
