Yast2 should warn the user of the potential name resolution issues if they choose a domain name ending in .local

Yast2 help should also include the suggested workaround mentioned at:

mass reopening all 10.2 LATER+REMIND bugs.

close all 10.2 LATER/REMIND bugs as WONTFIX. Reopen yourself if you still plan to work on it.
