This is STABLE/FACTORY as of Monday or so of this week.

Qt YaST issues a nice warning when being invokved as a regular user:

  "YaST Control Center is not running as root.
  You will only see modules which do not require root privileges"

There is a full stop missing at the end of the second sentence.
